New Boot Camp Times

Final Results Fitness Outdoor Boot Camp Classes are moving to Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am and 7:00 pm starting after Labor Day!

Labor Day Information

Final Results Fitness will be open 9 - 12 on Monday, September 5th.  We will have a 9:15 BodyPump® class, 9:15 Pilates, 9:30 Kettlebell and 10:15 BodyCombat class.

Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp 

If you are tired of the same old weight lifting and cardio workout, step out of the box and into the world of functional fitness with our Boot Camp classes.

You’ll use total body exercises like running, jumping, throwing, hammering, towing, swinging, slinging, dragging and more to develop coordinated strength, balance and conditioning .  The result is a more athletic workout with real world benefits that cross over into everyday life.

Class schedules and reservations available at the desk. These workouts will knock your socks off!

New Summer Group Ex Schedule 

We've added a Tuesday Night BodyCombat at 7:30, Thursday night we added a 6:30 BodyPump Xpress and moved BodyStep to 7:15, Friday Lunch we added a Combat Xpress.  Download your copy of the schedule here.

Kettlebell Class

Small Group Kettlebell training sessions are held in groups of 6 - 10 students.  During each class you will follow a specially designed 30 minute routine.   Instead of traditional weight lifting, kettlebell training incorporates swings and grinds to simultaneously develop functional dynamic strength, flexibility, balance, core stability and total body endurance,  all in a 30 minute package.  
Cost
Each 10 pack costs just $99 for members of the club and just $149 for guests.  If a class is not sold out, members can drop in for $14 per class and guests for $19.

Classes Held at 9:30 am and 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

New Small Group Training Classes: Boxing Club

Learn the fundamental skills of amateur boxing at the Boxing Club at Final Results Fitness.  
Classes are 90 minutes long and include boxing conditioning, punch mits, bag work, foot work, basic through advanced punching combinations, and optional live sparring.  Learn the skills and science of hitting your opponent without getting hit.  

This is not cardio kick boxing or Tai Bo.  This is punch and be punched boxing.  Hand wraps and mouthpiece required for class.  Headgear and gloves required for sparring.  Sparring is optional.

Currently holding class on  Sundays at noon.  Weekday class forming now.  Request more information.
