The N.E.X.T. 30 Minute Workout Protocol
Only at Final Results Fitness
The Ultimate Protocol for Maximum Results
in Minimum Time!
The N.E.X.T. (Non-inertial EXercise Training) 30 Minute Workout
Protocol was designed by Final Results Fitness club owner John Wood
and is based on the work of SuperSlowR exercise founder Ken Hutchins
and the works of Body by Science authors John Little and Dr Doug
McGuff M.D.
The N.E.X.T. protocol was designed to be the exercise protocol for the
modern age. With free time at a premium for most people, the N.E.X.T.
protocol was designed to create the the biggest fitness "ROI" or
return on investment of time and effort. The protocol simultaneously
reduces workout time and drastically increases training effectiveness,
efficiency and safety. The N.E.X.T. protocol accomplishes this feat
by reducing the speed of movement, standardizing the posture and
positioning for each exercise, and adopting a highly specific method

for monitoring and recording each workout. The benefit to the
participant is a total body fitness workout that maximizes
cardiovascular, muscular, and metabolic adaptations in just 20 - 30
minutes 2 to 3 times per week. That's right... A total time
investment of just 60 minutes per week to accomplish your fitness goals.
Who Can Benefit from the NEXT protocol?
The "I have no time for exercise" person - NEXT can deliver muscular,
cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning in a s little as two 30
minute workouts per week.
The "I want to lose weight" person - The NEXT protocol combined with a
proper eating strategy will maximize your bodie's hormonal
environment for ideal fat loss.
The NEXT protocol is ideal for releasing catecholamines, reducing
insulin resistance, and depleting glycogen stores, thus creating an
internal environment that allows fat to be burned as your primary
fuel. But remember, no exercise program, regardless of it's intensity
or duration will help you lose fat without first having a proper
eating strategy in place.
The "My body is a wreck" person- the NEXT protocol is ideal for people
who's bodies may have seen better days. While regular cardio and
weight lifting can irritate already damaged joints, the NEXT protocol
minimizes joint stresses and allows those with osteoporosis,
osteoarthritis, overuse syndromes and other degenerative changes to
reap the benefits of fitness without further damaging their body and
in many cases restores lost strength, endurance and function.
What makes NEXT different?
The NEXT protocol pays attention to the details. NEXT instructors
understand that there is a delicate interplay between intensity,
volume, and frequency of training that most people not only don't
understand, but get backwards. That's why NEXT practitioners get
better results out of one or two 20-30 minute workouts per week than
most people get out of hours and hours of regular exercise. The NEXT
protocol is not easy. In fact, some people decide that they would
rather not put forth the level of effort and concentration required
for NEXT training. In order to produce extraordinary results in
minimum time, NEXT training demands focused effort and intensity. If
hard work isn't your cup of tea, NEXT isn't for you. NEXT training
will probably be both the most demanding and the most rewarding 30
minutes you'll spend each week.
